Chlorine Dioxide Delivery System Protocol 

1. Thoroughly clean the interior of the vehicle.

2. Add approximately ¼ inch of water inside the Auto

Immunity cup and place it in the vehicle cup holder.  

3. Open foil packet and remove inner white pouch. Shake

pouch gently to start activation procedure. DO NOT CUT

OPEN THE INNER WHITE POUCH.

4. Place the white pouch into the Auto Immunity cup with the

solid blue line at the top of cup. Make sure the opposite end

of the white pouch touches into the ¼ inch water.

5. Close all windows and doors, avoid direct sunlight during

decontamination cycle if possible. DO NOT STAY INSIDE

THE CAR DURING DECONTAMINATION CYCLE. Follow

the protocol below for different levels of odor problems:

Normal odor levels

(e.g., food smell and light tobacco smell) 1 cup 4-6 hours

Severe odor levels

(e.g., heavy tobacco smell and offensive

mold/mildew smell caused by flood)

2 cups 8 hours

Note: Extended period of decontamination above

recommended time will not damage the interior of the vehicle.

6. Upon completion, remove Auto Immunity cup and dispose of

spent cup and pouch in an outdoor waste container.

7. Before using the car, open all vehicle doors to air out residual

chlorine dioxide gas for 15-20 minutes.

Note:  

a. When outside temperature below 2 oC, warm up the interior of

vehicle on high heat for at least 15 minutes before using the Auto Immunity.

b. Prevent spilling of the Auto Immunity cup, bleaching will occur.

If a spill should occur, treat immediately by dosing the spot with water.
